How long will it take to get my video?
Although we ask that you give us at least 72 hours to produce your video, it will rarely take more then 24. Please allow for holidays, weekends, etc. We do our best to get your video ad delivered quickly while maintaining high quality.Are your videos made from a template?
No. We make every video 100% by hand from your site. Think mini-movie of your site.
Do your videos follow a set format?
Yes and No. While all video ads follow the format: [Introduce the site - high light the benefits or message you want to feature - strong call to action designed to get the viewer to visit your site], we make every video advertisement in a unique way depending on the site we have to work with.
Do you do testimonial or review videos?
No. We make video ads. We will insert your text in appropriate ways if you request it. Up to 100 words. Please specify your wishes in the comments form when you place your order.
Do your video ads have links to your site or ads in them?
No. We make videos for our customers. They own them. The only brands that appear are ones they have requested.
Is this a membership site?
No. We require you to sign up to order videos. This will subscribe you to a list that we use to keep orders straight and to maintain contact with our customers. The only emails you will receive will be video marketing related. We also send out special offers from time to time. Being on the list has it's benefits as you may get future videos at a discount. You can un-subscribe at any time with one click.
Do you offer a money back guarantee?
Yes. We will do a lot to make sure your video is the way you want it. Please ask for revisions before requesting a refund. If you really feel you deserve your money back you will get it. Please be sure of your purchase before ordering. If you have any questions be sure to contact us prior to ordering, we will be happy to discuss your video ad needs.In what format do you deliver videos?
All videos are delivered via email in .mp4 file format. When you receive your video, save it to your computer. When uploading to video sharing sites simply select the saved .mp4 file. Please do not ask us to produce videos in other formats.
What kind of music do you use?
We use all royalty free music. We can provide any genre: Country, Hip Hop, Jazz, etc. You could request "up beat soft rock" or "spooky classical dirge" and we could deliver.
Can you use my favorite song or my own music?
If it was recorded by you ( like an original song or a cover ) then yes, as long as you can supply an .mp3 we can use. Other wise, No.

No. PayPal accepts many different credit cards. Even if you don't have an account you can still pay us without creating one. PayPal is the most secure way to pay online and we trust them to handle all our financial transactions.
Can you put pictures in my video that are not on my website?
Sure! Up to five (5) .jpg. Specify your wishes in the comments form when you order. You will be sent an email to send your images to. Smaller than 400x400 pixels will not work well, try to keep your images larger.
Do you do voice overs or write scripts?
Not at the present time.
